Job Description Summary
The Customer Services Assistant I understands and follows the mission and values of NPL. Provides consistent, accurate, timely handling of materials to enable their circulation to both internal and external customers. Responsible for all aspects of paging list fulfillment. Contributes to general orderliness of library materials. Collaborates with other staff to resolve circulation related issues as needed and assists in creating a positive environment.

Work Schedule:*
  • Monday 1 p.m.-5 p.m.
  • Tuesday OFF
  • Wednesday 3 p.m.-7 p.m.
  • Thursday 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Friday 3 p.m.-7 p.m.
  • Saturday 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Sunday OFF
* Work schedule may change
  • Annual Vacation Accrual: 1 week per year
  • Holidays: 7 days per year
  • Annual Sick Accrual: 12 days per year
